What we do

ESTIMATING AND COSTING EXPERTISE

We assign a dedicated quantity surveyor and project manager to each project, to ensure that you get the most value for money in terms of project costs.

VALUE CREATION

Combining our expertise and competence on site and in the office, we include additional services such as bills of quantities, detailed project scheduling, cash flow forecasts, additional sub contractor adjudication and other quantity surveying services in all our projects. In addition, we also adhere and comply with the required regulatory frameworks such as Health and Safety, labour laws and building regulations.

What we offer.

Residential

We specialize in mid to high end housing, whether single or multi story. Some of our previous work includes dwellings in estates, townhouses, apartments, and residential developments.

Commercial

We have completed numerous commercial projects, including lodges, guest houses, offices, car dealerships, retail shops, school facilities and wine tastings. We specialize in project sizes up to R30million. With deadlines on such projects often being out of our clients’ hands, we walk the extra mile to make sure their business can start as soon as possible.

Shop Fitting

We have been involved in various tenant fit-outs over the years. Examples include retail shops, coffee shops and restaurants. We assist in everything that is required to open shop in your new premises and ensure your clients love the business’ look and feel.

Alterations

We are very enthusiastic about restoring, uplifting and altering existing buildings for the better. Previous alteration projects we’ve completed include hotels, guesthouses, gyms and heritage sites.
